The DSS 1 11/16” Is a multi purpose pulse Tool (GTC). It includes a platinum RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) which provides high resolution data with fast temperature response. This tool also includes a Sodium Iodide scintillation crystal and photomultiplier tube which demonstrate high sensitivity and resolution. The tool has a magnetic casing collar locator. The tool also has a standard GO connector on the bottom and when a negative voltage is applied at the cable head, the negative voltage is routed directly to bottom connector. This function allows a noise tool to be used at the bottom.
