Tool Repairs & Maintenance
We offer full maintenance and repairs on all of our tools sold worldwide. Spare parts and consumables are available in our warehouse for immediate delivery and fast turn around times on our services.

Training
Extensive training programs and technical support are available to logging technicians. Our Calgary head office features an on-site test well for logging demonstrations and hands-on training with the client.
Technical
Support
We offer custom products for all our cement bond and cased hole tools to make them work with other tool manufacturers. We can also modify our standard tools for special logging conditions.
Logging Data Support
We support service teams with training on data quality control and basic interpretations. Full data analysis reports (through 3rd party) can be arranged upon request for well completion and abandonment.
Test Well
We ensure quality tools.
In addition to stringent tool testing and acceptance criteria, DSS has an on-site test well with 5 different casing sizes and known anomalies.
Tools are logged in the test well and a copy of the log is provided with the tool as a performance QC. The test well is also used to conduct customer training sessions and test new technology.
