HSR-10 | 1-1/16” High Speed Radial Cement Bond Logging Tool

The High Speed Radial (HSR) presents the next generation of cement bond tools. It evaluates the cement bond quality and integrity to both casing and formation by providing a 360° cement map with a dedicated 8-segment Radial receiver located (2-ft) from the transmitter It also provides standard cement bond amplitude (CBL) through Near receiver (3-ft), and Variable Density Log (VDL) through Far receiver (5-ft). All sonic data is captured and stored digitally. A built-in advanced telemetry system ensures high speed logging without compromise in Sonic quality. A Gamma Ray, Casing Collar Locator and Temperature sensors are included in the tool.

All sonic data is captured and stored digitally. A built-in advanced telemetry system ensures high speed logging without compromise in Sonic quality. A Gamma Ray, Casing Collar Locator and Temperature sensors are included in the tool. Maximum casing diameter can be increased to 20 in. with extension kit. TTP-11-small

TTP-11 | 1-11/16" Temperature Pulse Tool

The 1-11/16” Temperature Pulse Tool (TTP-11) measures borehole fluid temperature. The TTP-11 have a GO pin Feed-Through to allow negative-voltage powered tools to run in combination (for ex. Noise tools). Tool applications include: Finding cement top, locating fluid entry, identifying gas leaks, and injection zones. The TTP-11 tool measures fluid temperature by measuring the resistance of a platinum RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) inside a pressure probe. The measurements from the low mass probe results in high resolution data with fast temperature response.

GRT-10 | 1-11/16" Gamma Ray Pulse Tool

The DSS 1-11/16” Gamma Ray pulse Tool (GRT-10) measures the gamma radiation level of the formation derived from natural isotopes. It can be used as a depth correlation device between cased and open holes. This tool is comprised of a Sodium Iodide scintillation crystal and photomultiplier tube which demonstrate high sensitivity and resolution. The GRT-10 outputs 25 µs pulses in response to gamma radiation within the well.

CCL-20 | 2-3/4” Casing Collar Locator

This logging CCL tool is a magnetic device that detects the changes in metal mass of a casing collar as it moves through well casing. The detector is a coil mounted between two opposing magnets. As the tool passes a collar; the magnet flux around the two magnets disturbed and induces a low frequency voltage. The voltage difference in the coil is amplified onto the wireline

GTC-11

GTC-11 | 1-11/16” Gamma Ray Temperature CCL Tool with Negative Feed Through

The 1-11/16” Gamma Ray/Temperature/CCL tool (GTC-11) is a multi-sensor correlation and well monitoring tool. The GTC-11 includes a Platinum RTD sensor which provides high-resolution wellbore temperature data with fast response. The GTC-11 also has a GR detector (scintillation crystal and a rugged photomultiplier tube) to measure the formation natural GR activity. The tool has a magnetic sesnor to locate casing collars, CCL. The GTC-11 model has feed-through wiring to a standard GO connector on the bottom so when a negative voltage is applied at the cable head, the negative voltage is routed directly to bottom GO connector. This function allows a Noise tool, or any other negative-powered tool, to be used below the GTC-11.

RAC-10 is a 1-11/16", 5-Arm roller centralizer designed specifically for cased-hole operation. The 5-arm configuration lends itself to better centralization in the borehole which makes this centralizer ideal to maintain logging tools accurately centred in vertical, deviated, or fully horizontal wells. The RAC-10 can be built with standard GO, or reverse-GO (for ex. Sondex) ends. The centralizer collapses completely to 1-11/16" diameter to allow it to go through downhole restrictions. The wheels and axles are hardened for longer service life.

The 5-arm configuration lends itself to better centralization in the borehole, which is essential for accurate and repeatable cement bond measurements. The centralizer collapses completely to 1-11/16" diameter to allow it to go through downhole restrictions. The wheels and axles are hardened for longer service life.

The RAC-31 can be installed in the tool field joint between the Sonde and the GR/CCL section to provide superior centralization even in highly deviated or completely horizontal wells. The 5-arm configuration lends itself to better centralization in the borehole, which is essential for accurate and repeatable cement bond measurements. This centralizer can be equipped with an optional extension kit to make it work in large casings (up to 20"). The wheels and axles are hardened for longer service life.
